Who we are
Matthew Birchall Plumbing and Heating is a plumbing and heating business run by Matthew Birchall in St Helens, Merseyside. You can contact us on 07759 813431.
What we collect
When you call, text or use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the details of the job. We use these only to reply to you, quote for the work, carry it out and keep the records we need, such as gas safety records and invoices.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Job records, gas safety records and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. We share them only where needed to do the job, for example with a boiler manufacturer to register a warranty, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call us on 07759 813431. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
